Glenn graduated  from California State College - Fresno, with a Masters in Physical Therapy, in 1994.  He moved his family to Maine in 1997 because Maine is "the way life should be".  He opened Flaming Physical Therapy in 1998 in order to provide a one-on-one approach to delivering care to his patients.  Now, in his 3rd professional decade, Glenn embraces the fundamentals of Physical Therapy practice while also challenging himself to implement proven advances in regenerative medicine.   He is a Certified Speed and agility Coach, Certified in Integrative Dry Needling,  and Certified level 1 Running specialist.    Currently, Glenn is also giving back to the Profession that has given him so much.  He now teaches Diagnostic MSK Ultrasound and Dry Needling with Integrative Dry Needling.  He hopes to bring this knowledge to Physical Therapy schools in the near future. 

Emma Allen PT, DPT

Emma is a graduate of the University of Vermont, with a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to Graduate school, Emma attended Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, while also adding to her many years of experience as a competitive Cross Country and Track & Field athlete. A native of Lincoln County, Emma, has returned to the area to give back to the community, which encouraged her passion for exercise science by educating and developing everyone’s ability to reach their daily mobility or athletic goals. By providing personalized care and empowering her patients to be actively involved in their recovery, Emma is embracing the fundamentals of the profession while continuing to learn and implement current advances in rehabilitative medicine. Supporting her history in running and athletics, Emma recently obtained her Level 1 Running Specialist certification and is excited to continue specializing in running gait analysis as well as additional modalities of regenerative medicine

Rose Parish PTA

Rose has practiced as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for over 15 years in a variety of settings from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and outpatient PT. Rose can help you with pre/post-operative and sports injuries as well as with reaching individual goals. She has a certification in yoga and takes yearly professional classes to expand her clinical knowledge. Rose enjoys hiking, gardening and traveling with her husband and son.

Suzanne Grover PTA

Suzanne is a Midcoast Maine local and has been practicing PT for over 10 years. She has focused her attention to orthopedic and sports physical therapy and achieved recognition of advanced proficiency from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2023. She enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds and creating individualized programs that empower her patients to live their best life. Suzanne enjoys exploring trails and the coast as well as going to concerts and playing pinball in her spare time.
